A leading global bank seeks an AI Ops Engineer to build and scale AI infrastructure for advanced data science and machine learning. Focused on MLOps and LLMOps, this role requires over 6 years in AI/ML engineering, along with strong programming skills. Competitive salary package includes a base of SGD 180K to 220K, comprehensive benefits, and the chance to join a global team leading AI initiatives.
MLOps & LLMOps: Build, optimise, and maintain machine learning and large language model pipelines
CI/CD/CT/CM: Implement and support continuous integration, testing, deployment, and monitoring processes
Infrastructure: Manage hybrid cloud and on-prem environments for AI workloads
Data & Model Management: Establish data catalogs, model registries, and domain modeling frameworks
Responsible AI: Automate compliance and ethical AI practices
Governance: Develop dashboards, trace data/model lineage, and manage operational risk controls
Collaboration & Innovation: Partner with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and engineering excellence
Mentorship: Provide technical support and mentorship to junior engineers
More than 6 years experience in AI/ML engineering with proven end-to-end model deployment
Proficient with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow)
Skilled in managing infrastructure on AWS, Azure, and using Infrastructure-as-Code tools
Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or C++
Experience in GPU optimisation, ETL processes, and handling large datasets
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Salary: SGD 180K – 220K base + performance bonus
