A leading global financial services firm seeks a Lead AI Engineer to develop a robust AI platform driving enterprise-level machine learning initiatives. Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of the firm’s AI platform
Implement MLOps best practices to optimize the full ML lifecycle (model training, testing, deployment, monitoring)
Manage GPU and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure) for AI workloads
Build and maintain data integration pipelines to streamline access to structured and unstructured datasets
Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and platform engineers on scalable AI solutions
Stay at the forefront of AI/ML advancements and integrate cutting-edge innovations into the platform
Mentor junior engineers and foster engineering excellence
8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with proven success in building scalable ML platforms
Expertise in ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow)
Strong background in GPU computing, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and infrastructure as code
Proficiency in Python and at least one other language (e.g., Java, C++)
Experience in building data integration pipelines and working with large datasets
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Passion for delivering impactful AI solutions in complex enterprise environments
Salary: SGD180k - SGD220k (negotiable)
