Description

• Design, develop, and deploy AI applications and solutions powered by large language models.

• Implement efficient, scalable training pipelines using modern frameworks and distributed training technologies (e.g., JAX, LangChain).

• Engage regularly with clients to understand their business challenges, objectives, and requirements, and clearly articulate how AI solutions can address their needs.

• Ensure the reliability, effectiveness, and safety of AI systems through thorough testing, validation, and quality assurance processes.

• Stay current with advancements in AI, machine learning, and emerging technologies to continuously improve solution quality and innovation.

Profile

Seeking hands-on AI Engineers with strong experience building real-world solutions using Generative AI models. You should be skilled in applying techniques such as prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and RAG to deliver practical, client-facing applications.

The ideal candidate is technically strong, comfortable working end-to-end on AI systems, and able to clearly communicate solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
