Role: Lead AI Design Strategist

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for AI solution and experience design, product design in the corporate banking sector.

• Create frameworks and playbook for designing AI tools to deliver a standout user experience across CIB coverage platforms & services.
• Introduce and develop frameworks specific to AI including conversational UX, agent-based design, co-pilot interactions, intelligent automation, and explainability.
• Use wireframes to express vision and seek alignment.
• Partner with product owner, business owner, data science teams, and engineering teams to understand their needs, goals, and define problem statements.
• Collaborate with AI Service Designer and AI product designer to strategize product designs.
• Engage with research, analytics, and value capture teams to understand pain points and opportunities to improve experience.
• Drive change with entrepreneurial spirit, hands-on approach, and ability to evangelize user experience significance.
• Coach and mentor design teams on designing for AI tools.
