Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering; Masters or PhD preferred.
• Experience in AM design, materials, testing and inspection.

Responsibilities

• Lead or participate in AM projects for class applications and related manufacturing.
• Monitor market developments and assess new AM technologies.
• Develop guidance and classification requirements for marine and offshore AM.
• Support ABS technical community with AM inquiries.
• Publish technical papers and present at conferences.
• Engage in industrial committees to advance technical capabilities.
