Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in 3D art for games, including stylized character or cosmetics work.
• 2+ years in a lead or supervisory role providing feedback, mentorship, and guidance.
• Deep understanding of modeling, sculpting, and texturing fundamentals.
• Strong understanding of art fundamentals including anatomy and design.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 3D artists, providing feedback and support.
• Uphold quality for League of Legends cosmetics skins.
• Provide timely feedback to Singapore artists and partner studios.
• Collaborate with Riot LA's leadership to execute creative vision.
• Maintain alignment with Concept, Technical Art, Rigging, Animation teams.
• Review and evaluate cosmetics skins work from partner studios.
• Plan and manage 3D schedules with production.
• Contribute to documentation and style guides for quality expectations.
• Occasionally contribute hands-on for high-impact assets.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and learning.
