The role is responsible for ensuring superior customer experience through operations execution, adherence to compliance requirements, driving operational efficiency through a third-party logistics warehousing and distribution model and managing the overall distribution cost performance.He/She will support the implementation of the Singapore Deliver strategy, drive continuous improvement and cost improvement initiatives, and ensure that warehousing and distribution activities are delivered reliably, compliantly and effectively. The role will interface with internal stakeholders, 3PL, freight forwarders, customs brokers, Finance, Procurement, Quality and regional Deliver teams to enable reliable, compliant and cost-effective operations.**Duties and Responsibilities:****Warehouse & Distribution**Oversee activities related to physical movement of product across freight, customs, warehousing, order processing, transportation and local distribution operations.Oversee 3PL management of operational activities under the warehousing and distribution scope of services, ensuring compliance to SOPs and contractual KPI agreements, including but not limited to, OTIF-D, OTS, DSI, DTS, Perfect Order, OS&D, customer complaints and distribution costs.Accountable for value added services performed by the 3rd logistics provider like repackaging, promotional banding, relabeling, kitting etc.
