Lead, manage, and support the operations team, including staff with special needs.
Ensure all staff members are adequately trained and work with them to develop their competencies and personal potential.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and operational efficiency.
Plan and execute operational plans, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
Oversee operational aspects, including equipment maintenance, infrastructure management, and quality control in laundry processes.
Implement effective and efficient workflows, processes, and procedures to ensure seamless operations and compliance with corporate policies.
Ensure that all processed items meet cleanliness and presentation standards. Address customer complaints or quality concerns quickly and effectively.
Ensure proper contingency plans are in place for potential disruptions in operations.
Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of laundry equipment and infrastructure is performed in a timely and effective manner.
Work closely with hotels to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
Any other duties within reasonable scope as required

Job Requirements
Proven experience in laundry plant operations, preferably in healthcare, hospitality, or similar industries.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience working with diverse teams.
Knowledge of laundry operations, equipment maintenance, and quality control procedures.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to implement effective process improvements.
Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
