Job description

As Laundry Attendant, you are responsible for providing guests and staff with clean and neatly pressed laundry and linens in accordance with the facility’s standards. This role includes operating laundry machines, handling laundry items with care, and ensuring hygiene and cleanliness are maintained throughout the laundry area.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Assisting in sorting hotel and guest linen for washing
• Ensuring general cleanliness of the entire laundry department
• Assisting with transferring of linen and clothes between machines, flat-work ironer and proper handling of chemicals
• Delivering of guest laundry to guest room

What we need from you

• Minimum ‘O’Levels or equivalent
• Able to work shift hours over weekends and public holidays (Morning or Afternoon shift; 9.5 hours per shift inclusive of 45 minutes of meal break)
• Proactive and have an eye for details
• Motivated individual with a friendly personality
