Job summary

Alexis Enterprise Pte Ltd is seeking a Last Mile Delivery Driver in Singapore to ensure smooth delivery operations. You will operate a 14-foot box chilled lorry, covering around 20 drop-off points daily from warehouse loading areas located in East and West regions.

Responsibilities include safe vehicle operation, timely customer updates, and collaboration with dispatch and warehouse teams to hit daily targets while maintaining vehicle condition and collecting customer signatures.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate the delivery vehicle and follow all traffic, loading, and unloading safety protocols
• Communicate promptly with management regarding any route or schedule updates
• Work closely with dispatchers, fellow drivers, and warehouse teams to ensure efficient operations
• Provide customers with timely phone updates, especially if there are changes to estimated arrival times
• Meet daily delivery targets while ensuring goods are handled with care
• Conduct basic routine checks to maintain the vehicle in good working condition
• Perform loading and unloading duties efficiently and safely
• Obtain customer signatures upon successful delivery
• Take responsibility for fines or incidents arising from non-compliance with standard driving regulations
