is a premier beauty provider in Singapore serving local and Japanese clients with personalized, high-quality treatments. We seek a Certified Lash/Nail/Brow Specialist to join and potentially co-partner the salon, applying years of expertise to deliver advanced services and lead operations for a diverse clientele. You will perform eyebrow embroidery, lash extensions, nails, and related treatments while mentoring junior staff and maintaining top hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Chinese; Japanese a plus.
• Hands-on experience in beauty/Nail/Lash/Embroidery services.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional beauty services including eyebrow embroidery, lash extensions, and related treatments.
• Consult and communicate effectively with clients to understand their beauty needs and preferences.
• Provide detailed beauty consultations and develop customized treatment plans.
• Supervise daily salon operations to ensure smooth workflow and high service standards.
• Maintain strict hygiene protocols and uphold service quality to guarantee customer satisfaction and safety.
• Support and mentor junior staff to foster professional growth and consistent service delivery.
• Stay informed on current beauty trends and innovations to continuously improve service offerings.
• Travel overseas as needed to upgrade skills and attend conventions for Singapore operations.
