Job summary

CTM Landscape Pte. Ltd. is seeking outdoor maintenance staff in Singapore to perform grass cutting, hedge trimming, planting and general landscape care. You will manage watering, irrigation, weed control, and safety procedures on site.

Role involves inspecting plants for pests, reporting issues to the supervisor, and keeping tools clean and well-maintained. Candidates should be prepared to work outdoors in varying weather and follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Grass cutting & grass maintenance (grass cutting using grass cutter machines or toro or mower; fertilizing, weeding, etc.)
• Shrubs & hedges maintenance (pruning, fertilizing, weeding, forking and loosening the soil)
• Planting (prepare planting holes & planting beds, plant new plants, watering, mulching)
• Weeding (remove weeds from planting beds and base of trees)
• Watering & irrigation (water trees, shrubs and grasses; check sprinklers and irrigation systems; report leaks or damage)
• Pest & disease observations (check insects, pests and diseases; report to supervisor)
• Cleaning landscape areas (clear working areas, horticulture waste, drains and footpaths)
• Tools & equipment (check tools before use; clean after; report damage; use with care)
• Workplace safety (wear PPE; follow supervisor instructions; report unsafe conditions)

• 7. Cleaning landscape areas (Clear workingareas, horticulture waste, drains and footpaths)
• 8. Tools & Equipment (Check tools andequipment before use, clean tools and equipment after work, Report damage toolsand equipment, Use with care)
• 9. Workplace safety (Wear PPE, followsupervisor instructions, report any unsafe conditions, accidents and damagedequipment to Supervisor)
