Job summary

Limelite Productions Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Landscape Project Coordinator to support site visits, design simple sustainable landscapes, and prepare quotes and maintenance reports.

You will coordinate work orders with ground crew, handle client complaints on site, and assist with training and development for crew members while liaising with customers on project requirements and progress. Entry-level candidates welcome; bilingual English/Chinese preferred; MS Office proficiency required.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Horticulture, Arboriculture or related field with at least 1 year of landscaping experience.
• English and Chinese language abilities to communicate with on-site Chinese-speaking clients.
• Dynamic, energetic and a good team player with multi-tasking ability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Fresh graduates with relevant polytechnic/WSQ diploma are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Attend site visits and tender show rounds.
• Propose and design simple, sustainable landscape concepts for sites.
• Prepare quotes and landscape maintenance reports.
• Coordinate work orders with ground crew and monitor staff attendance.
• Handle client complaints on site and liaise with customers on project requirements.
• Assist on-the-job training for new crew members and support skill development.
• Maintain maintenance schedules and coordinate multiple projects.
