About the role

Swee Bee Contractor Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Landscape Manager to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of high-quality landscaping projects throughout the region.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing comprehensive landscaping plans to transform outdoor spaces

• Managing a team of gardeners and landscapers to ensure all projects are completed to the highest standards

• Collaborating with clients to understand their vision and translate it into exceptional landscaping solutions

• Monitoring project progress, managing budgets, and ensuring timely completion of all work

• Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in the gardening and landscaping industry

• Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar landscape management role

• Demonstrated expertise in landscape design, horticulture, and project management

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and manage a team

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements
