Job description

1. Manage landscape project and maintenance contracts.

2. Visit sites according to daily schedules.

3. Prepare tender submissions, attend tender interviews, and ensure presentations to clients are well-prepared and clearly define the scope of work.

4. Meet monthly landscape contract targets.

5. Find clients for landscape services.

6. Attend site meetings with horticulturists.

7. Meet with clients to address issues or discuss new contract developments.

8. Collaborate with the director and team to resolve contractual disputes, investigate and resolve or refer disputes/complaints promptly.

9. Conduct meetings with horticulturists and sales teams for daily contract updates.

10. Review outgoing quotations for projects and maintenance, and monitor their status.

11. Prepare progress claims and review project and maintenance submissions.

12. Assist sales and marketing teams, ensuring all team responsibilities are fulfilled.

13. Oversee and review quotations, proposals, and conduct site visits.

14. Enhance company products/services through market research and propose new developments and innovative plans.

15. Ensure all awarded projects receive a Letter of Award (LOA) before commencement and discuss requirements with the team.

16. Resolve contract disputes and evaluate claims for extensions of time and additional costs.

17. Lead the team in the project tender process, including tabulating quantities and pricing.

18. Serve as the main contact point for clients, site, and project/maintenance managers.

19. Oversee planning and execution of contracts to optimize resources and manpower.

20. Develop procurement strategies aligned with project goals and budgets.

21. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders regarding outstanding contracts.

Requirements :

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or equivalent.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the landscape industry or a related field.

Ability to work under pressure, including beyond normal hours and on weekends/public holidays if required.

Positive, independent, with good interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
