Job summary

COEN DESIGN INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced CAD Drafter specializing in Landscape design. You will generate detailed layouts and drawings from concept designs using AutoCAD/ZCAD.

Responsibilities include preparing Design Development, Tender, and Construction packages, compiling materials and specifications, updating CAD standards, and coordinating with project teams on drawing amendments. AutoCAD is essential; Photoshop, 3ds Max, SketchUp, and Revit are a plus.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in CAD drafting, Architecture or Landscape Architecture preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of CAD drafting experience in landscape projects.
• AutoCAD is essential.
• Basic PC skills and Microsoft Office familiarity.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Generate detailed layouts and drawings using AutoCAD/ZCAD.
• Prepare Design Development, Tender, and Construction drawing packages.
• Support compilation of materials and specification sheets.
• Create or update CAD department standard drawings.
• Work closely with project teams on drawing amendments.

Job description

• Generatesdetailed layouts and detail drawings of the concept design provided by thedesigners using AutoCAD/ZCAD software.
• Preparedrawing packages in total (i.e Design Development Package, Tender Package, andConstruction Package).
• Supportscompiling materials and specification sheets as a part of any drawing package.
• Supportscreation and/or update of CAD department and division standard drawings.
• Workclosely with project teams on drawing amendments.
• Associates degree in CAD drafting ,Architecture, or LandscapeArchitecturepreferred.
• Good knowledge of basic drafting principles andtechniques including working with tight deadlines.
• Good knowledge ofLandscape detailingis an advantage.
• A minimum of 5 years experience in CAD drafting in the Landscape field isrequired for this position.
• AutoCAD is essential.
• Photoshop, 3DMax, Google Sketch Up, and Revit (BIM) areadded values.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPointand Excel essential.
• Basic PC skills are necessary for the use of internal programs and software.
• Able to work independently with positive attitude in personaldevelopment.
• Passion to work in the design construction industry is a must.
