Job summary

GREEN BUILD (PTE.) LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Landscape Architect/Designer to handle a variety of projects and assess site potential to meet client requirements.

You will liaise with main contractor, Landscape Architect & consultants, and work closely with project managers on design and on-site works. You will prepare landscape drawings including design proposals, planting plans, construction details and As-built drawings, conduct site visits with the Operations team or subcontractors, and

Qualifications

• At least Diploma in Landscape Architecture/Architecture/Interior design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketchup and 3DS Max.
• Proficiency in MS Office as well as overall strong computer proficiency.
• Able to work in a team and independently.
• Positive working attitude and good communication skills.
• Can work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge in Horticulture.
