Job summary

A leading landscape company is seeking a Landscape Architect to manage and execute a variety of projects. The role involves site assessment, collaboration with architects and contractors, and preparation of landscape designs. Ideal candidates will hold a diploma in Landscape Architecture and have strong software skills in AutoCAD and Photoshop.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and potentially Sketchup and 3DS Max.
• Ability to maintain good communication with different departments.
• Knowledge in landscape plants and design with experience in Horticulture is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle a variety of landscape project tasks.
• Prepare landscape drawings including design proposals and construction details.
• Liaise with project executives and maintain communication with teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Handle a variety of projects.

· Assess the potential of a site to meet the requirements of the client.

· Liaise with relevant project executive such as main-con, Landscape architect / ID designers & consultants etc.

· Work closely with Owners & Project managers with regards to design and on-site coordination works.

· Maintain good communication with members of other departments.

· Able to prepare landscape drawings (Design proposal, Planting plan, Construction details, As-built drawing etc.)

· Site visit with Operation team or sub-contractors when necessary.

· Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by Manager if any.

Requirement

· Diploma in Landscape Architecture/ Architecture & have knowledge in landscape plant & design.

· Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketchup and 3DS Max (Option).

· Proficiency in MS Office & Excel as well as overall strong computer proficiency.

· Able to work in a team and independently.

· Positive working attitude and good communication skills.

· Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

· Knowledge in Horticulture will be an advantage.
