Job description

• Prepare tender costing, evaluation and cost estimation for new landscape works as well as maintenance works;
• Liaise with external consultant and clients such as providing advices, attending site meeting, tender interview etc;
• Liaise and coordinate internally with project, engineering personnel etc. regarding the project matters;
• Prepare landscape design, supervise the implementation of works contracts, carry out landscape related studies and research;
• Assist project manager or seniour level staff in developing a design strategy;
• Attend meeting both inside and outside the firm pertaining to existing and potential projects;
• Provide additional support to ensure smooth execution of projects;
• Minimum Diploma Holder in Landscape Design;
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experiences in landscape company;
• Committed to work, good communication skills and able to work in a team;
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite sofeware packages and in-design skills;
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite as well as overall strong computer proficiency;
• Good command of written and spoken english;
