Job summary

HG Works Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced Project Manager for landed residential projects (Terrace, Semi-D, Bungalow). You will manage project execution from ground-breaking to handover with a hands-on approach.

Responsibilities include coordinating site teams and subcontractors, controlling budgets, tracking schedules with MS Project, and ensuring compliance with safety and local regulations. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have formal qualification in civil engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Strong coordination and communication skills are required.
• Experience coordinating landed residential projects is highly desirable.
• Proficiency with MS Project and Excel is essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the construction process for landed residential projects, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality compliance.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers; guide junior engineers and coordinators.
• Assist in managing project costs, evaluate progress claims, control variations and optimize resources.
• Develop and track project schedules using MS Project; identify risks and implement corrective actions.
• Serve as key contact for clients, architects, engineers, and consultants; facilitate communication.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship and enforce safety protocols.
• Coordinate with Qualified Persons to align works with approved plans and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare progress reports, site meeting minutes, and handover documentation.
