Job description

Job Descriptions:

  • Analyze and interpret survey data to ensure compliance with project requirements using plans, maps, charts, and software such as AutoCAD.

  • Be responsible for on-site in-house data processing and operation, ensuring proper maintenance of surveying instrumentation (e.g., Total Station, leveling instruments, GPS).

  • Measure and record precise distances, angles, and elevations of land features.

  • Prepare and maintain survey reports, maps, and legal descriptions of surveyed areas.

  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to provide accurate land measurements for design and construction purposes.

  • Conduct site inspections from time to time as part of project quality control.

  • Identify potential boundary disputes and ensure accuracy in property demarcation.

  • Use CAD software to draft survey maps and plans.

  • Ensure that all surveying activities comply with legal and safety regulations.

  • Maintain, calibrate, and ensure the proper functioning of surveying equipment.

Job Requirements:

  • Possesses a Diploma/Degree in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or equivalent.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in land surveying, preferably in construction.

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other surveying instruments/software.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
