A leading construction company in Singapore is seeking a Land Surveyor/Site Surveyor to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurate setting out of survey lines and ensuring compliance with safety protocols and documentation. A Certification or Diploma in Land Surveying or Civil Engineering is required, along with relevant site experience. The position offers a salary range of $3,200 to $4,700 per month, based on experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Attend daily subcontractor meetings and carry out accurate setting out of survey lines/points for structural and architectural works.
• Liaise closely with project staff and subcontractors to understand site needs and ensure timely, error-free execution.
• Perform routine checks on formwork levels, slab elevations, and verticality/alignment of walls and columns, before and after casting.
• Conduct daily closing checks to eliminate potential survey errors.
• Ensure timely calibration and maintenance of surveying instruments with proper recordkeeping for audits and SOP compliance.
• Coordinate with Licensed Land Surveyors for AMSL and as-built surveys required for submission to authorities.
• Support site safety and cleanliness in line with EHS programs set by the PM and WSHO.
• Proactively explore new surveying methods and tools, and participate in relevant training to improve accuracy and productivity.
• Assist with additional project-related tasks to support cost-saving efforts.
• Mentor and guide new land surveyors to ensure smooth team integration and minimal disruption to site progress.
Requirements:
• Certificate or Diploma in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in construction site surveying will be an advantage.
• Familiar with site safety and documentation procedures.
