A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an experienced Land Surveyor for a project in Jurong West. The role involves daily meetings with subcontractors, ensuring precision in survey settings, and maintaining communication with project staff. Candidates should have a degree in Land Surveying and experience with surveying instruments. This position offers a salary range of $3200 to $4700 depending on experience.

Working Days: 5 Days A Week (Monday – Friday), 8.30am to 5.30pm, Saturday may need work half day if work required (can claim OT)

Job Scope
Attend to daily sub-contractors meeting and carry out the required survey setting out lines / points as required by the structure and architectural works.
Maintain constant communication with project staffs and subcontractors to understand their requirements and carry out proper planning to ensure that the various tasks’ timeline is met.
Maintain accuracy of all the survey setting out lines/points and ensure proper handover to other parties to minimize mistakes to site works.
Always maintain a routine and discipline approach to the general setting out of works according to floor framing plan by checking of formwork level before casting and after casting, verify as-built levels of slab and verticality/alignment of walls and columns.
Exhibit clear confidence in all survey works with repeated checks and closing of all survey works at the end of the day to root out any possible chance of errors.
Arrange timely calibration and servicing to the surveying instruments deployed on site and maintain the records to facilitate audits carried out by government bodies or as a standard operational procedure in our company.
Liaise with the Licensed Land Surveyor to ensure proper AMSL, As Built Survey etc are carried out with endorsement for authorities’ submission.
Participate in assisting the Environmental Health Safety program set by the PM and WSHO that will contribute to a safe and clean site.
Make effort to upgrade oneself to meet/exceed present standards through attendance of new surveying courses and also proposing latest surveying equipment/method that are feasible for site usage.
Able to accept additional work that form part of the project team’s own work activities which will assist the in-cost saving.
Provide Guidance to new land surveyor that join the company to ensure seamless integration to the team without affecting the site progress.
