Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Land Surveyor to lead site surveying activities across islandwide projects in Singapore. You will set up survey points, level on-site, and coordinate daily survey tasks with the construction and production teams.

The role requires hands-on experience with surveying equipment and a strong focus on accuracy, timely readings, and client liaison during site meetings. Suitable for candidates with HDB project experience and SISV membership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of working experience as a land surveyor.
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
• Must have experience working in HDB projects.
• Must be a member of SISV.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and plan the site activities related to surveying.
• Setting up of Survey-Points and levels on site.
• Plan and coordinate daily survey activity.
• Maintenance of surveying instrumentation such as Total Station, levelling instrument etc.
• Assist production team to produce shop drawings, as built survey drawings and actual works - setting out if required.
• Ensure all readings are taken on a timely, efficient and accurate basis.
• Attend site meeting and liaise closely with client on land surveying matters.
• Carry out site inspection from time to time as part of project quality control.

Job description

Role: Land Surveyor

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8.00am – 5.45pm)

Location: Islandwide Singapore depend on the project location – Can be Central (Harbour front/River Valley) or East (Bedok)
