Job summary

Public Service Division in Singapore seeks an Assistant Manager, Land Sale (Private) to oversee state land transactions with private entities, ensuring compliance with planning and regulatory requirements and coordinating tender conditions.

You will liaise with agencies and consultants, handle land administration tasks such as lease renewals and title restrictions, and contribute to the development outcomes aligned with planning objectives.

Qualifications

• Qualification in any discipline, preferably Real Estate.
• Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Meticulous with strong analytical ability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Process direct sale of State lands to private entities.
• Coordinate planning and technical requirements to guide land development and tender conditions.
• Coordinate with tenderers and consultants to ensure development aligns with planning objectives.
• Land administration including lease renewals and lifting of title restrictions.
• Assess and collect Land Betterment Charge from development applications.
• Review practices and liaise with external parties on enquiries, feedback and appeals.
