Job Description:
- Conduct routine experiments such as raw materials or intermediates use tests and prepare test reports.
- Conduct non-routine experiments such as process optimisation or technology transfer assigned by the Technical Development Chemists or Engineers.
- Maintain proper housekeeping of the workspace, such as laboratory or analytical rooms.
- Assist Technical Development Chemist in investigation and data collection for process-related matters.
- Support irregular work hours for campaign monitoring.
- Carry out maintenance and calibration of analytical instruments and/or equipment.
- Maintain laboratory inventory through early procurement and preparation of consumables.
- Selection and procurement of appropriate laboratory equipment.
Requirements:
- NITEC/Diploma in Chemical related field
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Ability to work as a team in the department
- Able to perform night shift when needed
