Pfizer Singapore is recruiting permanent employees for manufacturing site expansion of Pfizer Asia Manufacturing Pte Ltd (PAMPL) in Singapore

How You Will Achieve It

1. Ø Stand in for Shift Team Supervisors (STS) when they are absent from work and be the Site Incident Commander in the absence of Operations Manager.
2. Ø When standing in as STS, direct Process Technician in operating and cleaning of process equipment and perform check to confirm permit to work are issued in a safe condition to carry out maintenance work.
3. Ø Provide advice, guidance, support, and training to team members in order to improve the teams’ capability.
4. Ø Develop OJT, JSA and RA for plant operations.
5. Ø Conduct OJT training for new hires.
6. Ø Perform Material receiving, staging, material movement, dispensing, sampling, filter inspection and change out and charging operation as per SOP.
7. Ø Perform sampling, intermediate, and finished goods pack out as per SOP.
8. Ø Perform pre-campaign set up, post campaign activities, and change over cleaning.
9. Ø Perform panel operation, monitor process trend and alarm using DCS Delta V control system.
10. Ø Ensure proper communication and handling over of shift duties.
11. Ø Responsible for updating of Manufacturing Standard Work and Operation Standard work.
12. Ø Complete all documentation according to GMP and GDP standards
13. Ø Monitor the plant status and liaise with colleagues of other departments to ensure there is no interruption to manufacturing process.
14. Ø Troubleshoot all operating deviations and issues and coordinate with other function when required.
15. Ø Responsible for preparation and cleaning of equipment for maintenance work
16. Ø Take immediate action to resolve any near miss situations.
17. Ø Report all actual, near misses and potential accidents for further investigation.
18. Ø Assist in investigation of all actual, near misses and potential accidents. Provide information to troubleshoot and take initiative to resolve operational issues independently.
19. Ø Perform system transaction and operation such as LIMS, AMPS, SAP, MTS, EMAS, etc.
20. Ø Complete all required training by attending scheduled training, CBT, OJT, JSA and read and understand.
21. Ø Identify and communicate all operating deviations and problems.
22. Ø Participate as a member of the Emergency Response Team.
23. Ø Develop courses of action and drive implementation of solutions.
24. Ø Uphold Pfizer’s code of conduct and values.
25. Accountable for: Safe operation of plant and equipment; Adherence to SOP; Housekeeping of plant area; Technical Training of Process Technicians

Qualifications

Must-Have
