Main Responsibilities
  1. Manage external customer/Non-Globe registration and support ordering via the Commercial Portal.
  2. Generate quotes for analytical services (external customers).
  3. Issue analytical reports.
  4. Handle incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
  5. Coordinate administrative tasks for NQAC (meetings, visitors, website).
  6. Maintain office and pantry supplies.
  7. Manage fixed assets for NQAC (registration, tracking, updates, disposal).
  8. Serve as contact point for NQAC facilities.
  9. Support documentation system maintenance and updates.
Key Outputs
  • Timely issuance of ISO reports.
  • Updated Pricelist for NQAC Singapore.
  • Organization of staff meetings, workshops, and events.
  • Assist in Sample Handling: managing incoming parcels, sample grinding, and transferring.
  • Assist in Procurement: requesting quotations, generating PRs, follow-up on POs, and system receipt (GR).
  • Accept deliveries, manage stock and storage.
  • Manage consumables, plan inventory of AMM items.
  • Ensure compliance in procurement of office supplies and consumables.
  • Respond promptly to customer emails and sample inquiries.
  • Assess and address customer needs for satisfaction.
  • Conduct behavior-based safety observations and participate in safety activities.
  • Maintain a safe working environment.
  • Participate in Safety, Quality Management, and Goal Alignment activities.
  • Participate in operational reviews and continuous improvement activities.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of equipment.
  • Manage fixed assets registration, inventory, and disposal.
  • Perform regular 5S activities.
  • Support lean improvement projects to enhance cost, labor, and workflow efficiency.
  • Develop skills and competencies as needed by the section.
Key Experiences and Skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP or LIMS.
  • Ability to multitask with minimal supervision.
Qualifications

Diploma in Chemistry, Food Science, Analytical Science, or a related science field, preferably with administrative experience.

Knowledge

Graduates with laboratory internship or related work experience preferred. Knowledge of SAP, Quality Systems, and GLP is advantageous.
