Job Description
- Maintain consistent standards of care for complex laboratory cases and constant review and improve standards of care
- Plan and manage Laboratory department which includes manpower planning and budgeting
- Lead inter-department workgroups to deliver and improve service within the Centre
- Responsible for implementation and maintenance of quality standards and professionalism in all service and research laboratories
- Ensure all Laboratory work processes comply to relevant accreditation bodies
Job Requirements
- Min. Degree in Biomedical Science or equivalent
Min. 6 years of relevant working experience - Good laboratory, planning and organisational skills
- Able to work independently as well as a team
- Public healthcare experience will be considered an advantage for candidates
