Set up and manage laboratory operations, overseeing daily activities while ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with international testing standards.
Supervise a technical team for field and lab testing of construction materials, provide technical advice and training, and liaise with clients on technical and logistical matters.
Integrate corporate functions, identify growth opportunities, drive business performance, and report to senior management.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum of 8 years of experience, with at least 5 years in laboratory operations management.
Strong technical knowledge, familiar with ISO 17025 and relevant standards (BS, EN, ASTM).
Experience in setting up and managing laboratories is a plus.
SAC-SINGLAS certification is an advantage.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Decisive, resourceful, and proactive in problem-solving.
