1. Set up lab procedures, test methods, sample/testing plan
2. Conduct food testing (microbiology, chemical, physical)
3. Prepare lab for ISO17025 accreditation
4. Work with QC and FSMS members as a Team
5. Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:
