Job Scope:

• Conduct food testing across various areas, including microbiology, chemical, and physical tests.

• Facilitate internal and external audits while conducting pre-audits.

• Ensure all PRP requirements are met and assist in their implementation.

• Develop and update the Food Safety Management System (FSMS).

• Establish testing methods, lab procedures, and sample plans.

• Provide internal training on food safety, quality, and halal standards.
