Responsibilities

• Weigh and compound fragrance formulas accurately.
• Operate lab equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace.
• Assist with compounding, sample preparation, and trials.
• Follow GLP, safety procedures, and hygiene standards.
• Conduct routine stock checks of raw materials.
• Participate in lab audits and safety briefings.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately weigh and compound fragrance formulas according to formulation sheets and procedures.

• Operate laboratory equipment such as balances, mixers, and blenders safely and efficiently.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lab workspace and equipment.

• Assist perfumers and evaluators with compounding, sample preparation, and product trials.

• Follow Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), safety procedures, and hygiene standards at all times.

• Conduct routine stock checks of raw materials and notify supervisors of low inventory.

• Participate in lab audits, safety briefings, and continuous improvement initiatives.
