Job Descriptions:
- Meticulous handling of clinical specimens.
- Perform specimen registration accurately and timely into the Laboratory Information System.
- Understand clinical and test terminologies.
- Adhere to procedures in specimen management, including centrifugation, storage, retrieval and disposal.
- Possess good time-management skills.
- May be rotated to other lab locations or shifts, as necessary.
- Attend to incoming calls and general enquiries from clients in a professional manner.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by extending responsive and meticulous support.
- Attend to clients queries and problems diligently and timely.
- Ensures the discharge of duties and responsibilities with diligence.
- Observes PDPA (Personal Data Protection Act) guidelines and chain of custody of specimens.
Job Requirements:
- GCE "N" / "O" Level, NiTEC in Biomedical Science
- The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year experience.
