Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the analysis by utilizing various lab equipment such as Gas Chromatograph and analyzers for Oxygen, NOX, HCl, moisture, etc. Issue Certificate of Compliance (COC) or Certificate of Analysis (COA).
Perform analysis of Pure and Mixture gases, including Medical grade Nitric Oxide 1000ppm balance Nitrogen, raw material, etc.
Conduct analysis of solid/liquid samples onsite.
Adhere to safety rules and follow safety procedures.
Conduct daily analysis on raw materials and finished products, working with analyzers such as Gas Chromatography (GC), Wet Chemistry, and others.
Prepare Certificate of Conformance/Analysis (COC/COA).
Maintain proper records and documentation of daily laboratory operations.
Understand and strictly follow company ISO & GMP requirements/standards for day-to-day laboratory activity.
Ensure analysis of Medical mixture gas - NO 1000ppm balance Nitrogen gas fully complies with GMP requirements.
Ensure that the workplace is safe and tidy by carrying out daily housekeeping of the laboratory.
Carry out routine and/or ad-hoc calibration/maintenance of laboratory equipment.
Troubleshoot laboratory equipment issues as necessary.
Prepare samples (cylinders) for analysis.
Perform any ad hoc tasks related to the laboratory assigned by the Line Manager.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Science, or any other related field with at least 1 year of working experience in a laboratory environment.
Experience in the use of GC, Wet Chemistry, or NO/NOx analyzer will have an added advantage.
Safety conscious.
