Job summary

A leading company is seeking a qualified laboratory technician to support healthcare providers through laboratory analyses. The candidate will ensure compliance with standards, maintain lab instruments, and participate in continuous improvement efforts. This role requires a Diploma in Biomedical Science and at least 2 years of practical experience in clinical laboratory operations.

• Experience within hospital or commercial settings required.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Conduct laboratory analyses to support healthcare providers in evaluating patient conditions.
• Ensure compliance with laboratory standards by following established procedures and participating in routine quality assurance activities.
• Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory instruments to uphold test accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Support continuous improvement by participating in internal audits, training programs, and workflow optimization initiatives.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Biomedical Science or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of practical experience in clinical laboratory operations within hospital or commercial settings.
• Proficient in basic computer skills with foundational knowledge of ULTRA.
• Familiarity with operating an HPLC instrument and ICMS

Salary: $2,400 to $3,500
