Job summary

A leading company in the electronics industry seeks a Reliability Test Technician to conduct tests and ensure quality compliance. The successful candidate will have experience in a test laboratory and an ITE qualification in Electrical or Mechanical fields. The role involves maintaining documentation and ensuring safety standards in the reliability lab.

Qualifications

• 2 years work experience in test laboratory environment.
• Knowledge of cross-sectioning preferred.
• Experience in QA Lab or Reliability Lab is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Reliability tests on assigned products.
• Maintain proper documentation and meet ISO17025 requirements.
• Generate test reports and manage databases.

Job description

What you will do

• To conduct Reliability tests on the products assigned by the supervisor/s.
• To ensure that all tests are conducted as per test requirements and accurately.
• To maintain the proper documentation as well as meeting the requirements of ISO17025.
• To generate test reports and to ensure databases are updated and reports are filed properly.
• To ensure good general housekeeping of the reliability lab.
• To keep all tested samples in good order per sample retention policy.
• To conduct any test or evaluation as required by supervisor.
• To conduct monthly Product Audit tests.
• To ensure that the test fixtures are kept and managed properly.

Who you are (Basic Requirement)

• ITE or equivalent. Electrical or Mechanical field
• At least 2years work experience in test laboratory environment
• Ability to follow work procedures and safety instructions.

• Cross-sectioning, operate temperature and humidity chambers
• QA Lab, Reliability Lab
