Job description

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and handle biological samples (blood, plasma, tissues, cell cultures) while following strict aseptic techniques and laboratory standards.
  • Conduct routine laboratory tests and experiments, including biochemical, molecular, and cellular assays.
  • Operate and maintain advanced lab equipment such as flow cytometers, PCR machines, spectrophotometers, HPLC, and microscopes.
  • Support cell culture work, molecular biology techniques (DNA/RNA extraction, protein analysis, ELISA, western blotting), and oncology-related studies.
  • Record, analyze, and report experimental results with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ensure all work meets Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
  • Maintain detailed laboratory notebooks and electronic records for research and regulatory purposes.
  • Follow laboratory safety protocols and handle chemical and biological waste responsibly.
