Apply now for the position of Lab Solutions Automation and Informatics Marketing Manager, APJ. You will be accountable for the life cycle management of Total Lab Automation, Integrated Automation, Informatics and service product portfolio, developing and implementing strategic marketing and sales initiatives, with tracking metrics to achieve business line objectives.

Your role:

  • You are responsible for utilizing robust market and competitive insights, creating and implementing innovative strategies to launch the latest Total Lab Automation and Informatics Solutions.
  • You are responsible for overseeing cross-functional execution of launch plans across APJ countries, including marketing strategy, value proposition, segmentation, pricing positioning, launch readiness, promotional activities, and lead generation initiatives to deliver differentiated value for Siemens Healthcare and our customers.
  • You are responsible for evaluating industry and technology trends, leading and engaging in Voice of Customer studies, coordinating customer forums, examining market intelligence, promoting value-driven sales strategies, and utilizing this information to create an engaging roadmap and comprehensive user stories that shape decision-making criteria.
  • You are responsible for direct contribution to key customer engagements and maintaining regional KOL relationships.
  • You are responsible for leading, developing, and implementing marketing tools and initiatives to ensure zones and countries are equipped for success and best-positioned to acquire new customer adoptions and retain existing customers with automation and informatics as an enabler for growth.
  • You are responsible for tracking the effectiveness of product line strategy implementation, including sales funnel adequacy, impact of associated product revenue, and market share growth.
  • You are responsible for developing financial models to support business case and investment needs.
  • You are responsible for collaborating across functional departments within Central Lab Solutions (CLS) and Specialty Lab Solutions (SLS) Business Line to ensure alignment of portfolio strategy and ability to effectively define and execute the Business Line vision, strategy, and plan.

Your expertise:

  • You have a bachelor’s degree with at least 10 or more years of working experience in the In-Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) healthcare industry with extensive knowledge in pre-analytics, analytical, and post-analytical lab workflow and digital ecosystem framework of a hospital laboratory.
  • You are highly motivated, results-focused, with a proven track record of getting things done with attention to detail and focus on quality.
  • You have strong communication and presentation skills; demonstrated ability to conduct a technical and value-selling presentation and articulate clearly, concisely, and accurately throughout the session; ability to effectively overcome customer objections and turn them into a competitive win.
  • Accountability, multitasking, and listening skills are essential.
  • Teamwork and ability to influence without authority.
  • You are a creative problem solver with excellent leadership and social skills.
