Qualifications

• Diploma in Life Science, Process Technology, Pharmaceutical Sciences or equivalent.
• 1–2 years in pharmaceutical or medical devices labs preferred.
• Fresh graduates with relevant attributes considered.
• Basic laboratory skills and GMP knowledge required.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Support laboratory operations including filing/archival and receipt of media.
• Support LIMS/LES coordinator roles and ensure documentation completeness.
• Maintain instrument and equipment cleanliness and disinfection.
• Perform preventative maintenance and inventory management.
• Adhere to ALCOA principles for data integrity.
• Follow training plans and maintain training records.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and 5S housekeeping.
• Escalate investigations, accidents, near misses and policy breaches timely.
