Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory management, logistics or warehouse operations.
• ERP system and logistics experience advantageous.
• Detail-oriented with good organisational and coordination skills.
• Able to multitask and work independently when required.
• Comfortable working within a laboratory/customer-site environment.
• Relevant training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily inventory of laboratory consumables, chemicals and reagents.
• Coordinate delivery of laboratory supplies from suppliers to stockrooms and points of use.
• Perform goods receipt transactions in ERP systems.
• Monitor stock levels and replenish inventory according to usage requirements.
• Conduct regular stock checks and ensure products are within expiry and recommended stock levels.
• Deliver supplies to users within their respective working areas.
• Maintain inventory records and ensure stock accuracy.
• Provide inventory and logistics support for laboratory operations.
• Maintain good housekeeping within stockrooms and point-of-use areas.
