Job summary

Le candidat idéal aura un diplôme en chimie ou une science connexe et au moins deux ans d'expérience en laboratoire. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Effectuer des tests de contrôle environnemental et d'analyse de produits finis.

  • Participer aux audits et préparer la documentation associée.

Job description

Job Summary

This position is responsible for performing both routine and non-routine laboratory testing, as well as the maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments, in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). The role also involves ensuring continuous availability of lab consumables and maintaining a clean, organized laboratory environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform cleanroom environmental monitoring, water testing, and finished product analysis using proprietary methods and compendial standards (ISO, YBB, EP, and USP), including microbial identification.
  • Accurately document and maintain all test results and quality-related records in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Report non-conformances and equipment malfunctions; participate in or lead investigations of laboratory deviations or out-of-specification (OOS) results.
  • Assist with the maintenance, calibration, qualification, and requalification of laboratory instruments.
  • Contribute to test method transfers and validation activities.
  • Manage inventory of chemicals and consumables, ensuring correct handling, storage, and disposal in accordance with safety protocols.
  • Uphold laboratory cleanliness and actively participate in 5S initiatives and other lean laboratory practices.
  • Comply with all laboratory safety guidelines, procedures, and applicable regulations.
  • Support audit readiness and participate in audit preparations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Basic Qualifications:

  • · Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related science
  • · Advanced Diploma / Diploma in Chemical Process Technology / Polymer Chemistry / Analytical Chemistry with minimum of two years relevant laboratory experience
  • · NITEC/Higher NITEC in Chemistry or related science

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • · Good communication skill and team work .
  • · Support and contribute in Lean Sigma programs and activities towards delivery of the set target
