Job summary

Trinity Consulting Services in Singapore seeks an experienced L3 Support Consultant to own and optimize the Transaction Lifecycle Management platforms, including TLM 2.4 and 3.0+. The role demands deep technical expertise in reconciliation, payments, and high-volume data processing.

You will collaborate with software engineering, DBAs, and client teams in Agile sprints, ensuring uptime, security, and governance while delivering robust incident resolution and documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in L3 technical support, application management, or software engineering.
• Strong experience with TLM 2.4, TLM 3.0, and newer versions.
• Expertise in financial reconciliation, cash management, and payment processing systems.
• Proficient in SQL, data validation, and performance tuning.
• Experience with incident, problem, and change management per ITIL.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level L3 support for enterprise TLM platforms.
• Monitor and optimize TLM environments for high availability and performance.
• Conduct advanced root-cause analysis for complex failures.
• Collaborate with software teams to test, patch, and upgrade systems.
• Design and run robust database queries to support reconciliation workflows.
• Maintain documentation, runbooks, and incident logs.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and data governance.
