Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L2 production support for Java/J2EE-based applications.
- Monitor application performance using tools like AppDynamics, Grafana and Kibana
- Investigate and resolve incidents, outages, and performance issues in a timely manner.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement long-term fixes.
- Collaborate with developers for bug fixes, enhancements, and code deployments.
- Participate in incident and change management processes.
- Create and maintain support documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles.
- Participate in on-call rotation and ensure SLAs are met.
- Support deployments, patching, and configuration changes in non-prod and prod environments.
Develop or enhance monitoring dashboards, alerting mechanisms, and automation scripts
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in application support or software engineering.
- Strong knowledge of Java, Spring, REST APIs, and SQL.
- Experience with Unix/Linux commands and shell scripting.
- Hands-on experience with log analysis tools (Kibana, ELK, etc.).
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven) and deployment practices.
- Experience working with relational databases (MariaDB, REDIS).
- Experience working on Cloud Environments AWS.
- Good understanding of microservices architecture and web application troubleshooting
- Note : comfortable to work in rotational shift
