Qualifications

• Min 3 years of Network Engineer experience in operations environment.
• Possess CCNA / CCNP certification.
• Proficient in scripting or programming (Python, Bash, or Go preferred).

Job description

Our Client:

• Engineering Industry (Government Sector)

• Monday to Friday, 830am-6pm

• Ang Mo Kio (Company Transport Provided @ Yio Chu Kang MRT)

• UP $6500 Basic + Stand By Allowance + Performance Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Analyze problems, perform troubleshooting, and track problems through resolution

• Manage network and bandwidth usage and escalate problems whenever necessary

• Ensure generation and management of support tickets accordingly to SLA requirements

• Schedule and run periodic maintenance for network infrastructure at data centre

• Manage change request and maintenance activities for network operations which includes firmware patches

• Perform change request, service request as assigned and manage cisco routers, switches, and perform firmware patching on network equipment

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent

• Min 3 year of Network Engineer experience in operations environment

• Possess CCNA / CCNP certification

• Proficient in scripting or programming (Python, Bash, or Go preferred) and familiar with Terraform, Ansible or equivalent
