Sciente International Pte Ltd is seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer (L2) to provide day-to-day operational support for the organisation's network security infrastructure in Singapore. The role covers incident handling, firewall and proxy management, remote access support, IP/VPN management, and vulnerability remediation.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Cybersecurity Support Engineer.
• Strong understanding of LAN/WAN/VPN topologies.
• Solid understanding of network security concepts (encryption, certificates, Kerberos).
• Hands-on experience with Cisco, Fortinet, Check Point, F5, Infoblox, Skyhigh and Trend Micro.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies in cybersecurity.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and resolve issues efficiently.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Level 2 production support for network and security infrastructure.
• Manage incidents, service requests, changes and vulnerability remediation.
• Maintain and harden network security infrastructure (firewalls, VPNs, routers, IDS, DNS/DHCP).
• Support security project implementations, installations and upgrades.
• Manage network security assets and records.
• Respond to security incidents and implement remediation measures.
• Maintain security SOPs and technical documentation.
• Provide guidance to Level 1 security teams.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, security and internal policies.
• Open to rotating global time zones with on-call support.
