Our Mighty Teachers work with smaller than recommended groups of preschoolers and perform the following responsibilities:

• Our mighty teachers will show lots of care and concern for our little ones
• Our mighty teachers believe in empowering our little ones to be as independent as they can be
• Our mighty teachers believe in creating a positive and safe learning environment for our little ones
• Our mighty teachers believe in an inclusive learning environment and have a passion for working with children with special needs
• Our mighty teachers will use our comprehensive inquiry-based curriculum to develop our little ones' love for learning and thinking skills
• Our mighty teachers offer insights and advice to parents on caring for and educating our little ones
• Our mighty teachers work as a team with other staff to promote a caring and family-oriented work environment

We are looking for suitable candidates with the following attributes:

• Attained a Diploma in Pre-school Teaching or Early Childhood Care & Education - Teaching
• Attained at least a B4 in GCE 'O' Levels English Language
• Candidates with higher education in Early Childhood Care and Education will have an advantage
