Overview

Contract: 1 year outsourced contract

Salary: $2700 - $3800 + Shift Allowance $350

Location: Ang Mo Kio

Working Hours: 8pm - 8am or 8am - 8pm (12-hour rotating shift)

Note: 24 x 7 Data Center support with 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24 x 7 support for the Data Center running on 12-hour shifts.
• Maintain systems and controls to protect against unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, and deletion of information through resources and computer networks.
• Support logs, categorize, prioritize, track, and route incidents reported by users or alarms raised by monitoring tools.
• Interact with business technical specialists to guide on authentication, authorization, and encryption solutions.
• Investigate known and suspected information security events and develop related reports.
• Conduct hardware and software security alerts as available.
• Resolve issues by responding to IT threats and vulnerabilities.
• Conduct routine security risk analysis, evaluate business needs against vulnerabilities, and assess resulting risks.
• Implement Change Requests and Service Requests; perform patching on security equipment.
• To implement change requests and service requests as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum a Diploma in Computer Science/Electronics/IT or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in IT infrastructure operation.

Special Knowledge or Skills

• Be customer- and service-oriented with a positive working attitude.
