L1.5 Systems and Network Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1. 1st Level and partial 2nd Level support.
2. Manage and resolve daily raised tickets on the floor.
3. Well-versed in Microsoft Server Operating Systems and administration on Linux. (In-Depth training for Linux administration will be provided).
4. Provides Network support including the ability to manage and troubleshoot basic problems on Firewalls, Routers, Switches, circuits, etc.
5. Provide daily service reports at the client’s site upon work completion.
6. To provide/update Systems and Network Audit documentation.

Requirements:

1. MCSE, CCNA, CCNP and/or VCP preferred.
2. Minimum Diploma/Degree holder in IT with 2–3 years of relevant working experience in a similar industry.
3. Good knowledge in Active Directory, Network/Systems Security administration, and configuration.
4. Able to communicate in proper English.
5. The candidate must have a relentless attitude and take responsibility and ownership of customer problems, from start to resolution.
6. Independent personality and also versatile as a good team player when working on projects within a team.
