Julius Baer in Singapore seeks a KYC Uplift/Advisory Specialist to support our Private Banking International RMs with Periodic Reviews. You will collect client information, perform due diligence checks, and prepare KYC narratives including SOW and risk assessments for existing clients.

You will collaborate with RMs to uplift KYC profiles, review documentation for regulatory compliance, and provide guidance on KYC/CDD matters while ensuring timely case completion and governance reporting.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in conducting KYC uplifts or Front KYC advisory roles within private banking.
• Strong knowledge of KYC risk assessment, SOW/SOF corroboration and financial crime standards.
• Experience interpreting financial documents (e.g. financial statements, property deed).
• A good degree and understanding of the private banking industry and/or trust services.

Responsabilités

• Perform review and uplift of existing KYC profiles to meet enhanced regulatory and internal policy requirements.
• Collaborate with RMs in preparing comprehensive KYC files and narratives for Periodic Reviews.
• Review updated SOW documentation and KYC corroboration provided by Front Office.
• Articulate SOW and SOF summaries with clear justifications and plausibility assessments.
• Conduct SOW plausibility assessment and review client transactional behaviour for risk indicators.
• Provide feedback to RMs and assist in drafting client SOW narratives.
• Review client structures (individuals, companies, trusts, foundations) for documentation completeness.
• Identify newly identified risk indicators or unusual transaction patterns during reviews.
• Maintain clear documentation of review rationale and decisions.
